Putting Fatigue Behind You - 8 week group programme

This is your 8 week programme which may help you to accelerate your most important journey: recovering from chronic fatigue. You deserve the chance to try to help yourself to feel more energised and ready to engage in life fully once again.

At the end of the 8 weeks, you will have knowledge and tools that could help you on your personal recovery journey to feeling better. You will learn how nutritional changes, managing your stress and anxiety and supplementing your diet with supportive herbs and nutritional supplements could help you to start to feel more energised and more like the old you.

Relax, chill out and find some time for you in the glorious East Devon countryside at Kingsdown Tail Camping and Caravan park.

If you are feeling fatigued and in need of some ‘me time’ would love to re-charge your batteries ahead of a busy autumn and winter, then this short weekend retreat is for you.

This retreat will offer you the time to relax and nurture yourself and perhaps re-discover the inner you, through spending time with nature and relaxing meditation, mindfulness and yoga nidra. Spend time with like minded people and enjoy nourishing food, camp fires and being close to nature.
